I had a wonderful guest experience with this amazing group of young girls last evening. Sharing with them my music and love of songwriting. The IMages (I'm a girl empowered and strong) is a group set up to promote positive self esteem/body image and a healthy lifestyle, believe in their abilities, and inspire girls to make positive decisions and create change. They take part in yoga, meditation, journaling, and interactive activities on such issues as creative art and expression (art, song writing), community & creating change, self-esteem, healthy lifestyle and relationships, safety, media and beauty.
